the problem is how as a Phd to protect my intelectual right

at the first of the doc they are name of project manager and it's my first issue, so I hope someone help me to fulfill this document, I should put my name or the name of supervisor or the name of our laboratory?

@Nll There will be someone at your university whose job it is to deal with this very question. They may be attached to the university library, and that's a good place to ask first. Your university may also have one or more dedicated teams that specialises in commercialisation of IP. If your supervisor doesn't know, search your university intranet for details about university spin-off businesses and commercialisation,

Ok I see, Im in Morocco, maybe we don't have this option at my university

but the truth, my supervisor tell me to keep the part of name of project manager to him to fulfill this case or field

so of course he will put his name

and as a Phd I dont need any misunderstanding but in the same it's my idea I worked on this product for a long time

@Nll I don't know the conventions at Moroccan university, but I'd ask at the library first, whether they've got any specialists in intellectual property.

@Nll You'd have to negotiate with your supervisor, if you put them as project manager. PhD supervision is a relationship best based on trust: but that does not mean that you can take that trust for granted. You'll also need to check the terms of your engagement with the university: it may cover intellectual property.
