I'm a little miffed about how there's so much concrete and cement covering good land. After a study of fly ash (an ingredient of concrete), I discovered that there are heavy metals in it, which are not conducive to growing crops, or even really living. I plan to avoid walking on it without shoes, now, because I know the feet can absorb minerals (which may include heavy metals) better than probably any other part of the body.
Hence Epsom salt foot soaks being used as a magnesium supplement (better than taking it orally).
