Can anybody tell me who are the audience of webapps?

1:49 PM
@Nazariy: From the FAQ: Web Apps - Stack Exchange is for expert and advanced users of web applications.

can a complex search engine be treated as web application?

Well, I see several Google Search questions, so I'd say yes.
If you're dealing with a self-hosted solution, though, that might not be the case.

yes I was wondering what to chose to build my own custom search engine where I can control spiders and the way results are displayed.

That's not really using a webapp. That's building a webapp. Since you're not looking to code your own solution, I'd think Server Fault would be a better fit.

Are you moderator?

Not for Webapps, no.

oh you already edited it
I thought that a right audience would be Super User but some one did not agree on it

No, that's definitely not a Super User question. I'm not 100% sure that it's a Webapps question though.

As for me web apps is something like wordpress and widgets a like questions

You can flag the original on Super User and ask that it be migrated to Stack Overflow instead.

I hope my question would not travel through all stack exchange domains

It won't. It's entirely possible (although I think unlikely in this case) that there isn't a Stack Exchange site for it. Not every question has a home in SE.

I will try

Hello, does anyone know of any service/app that will allow someone to stream to an icecast/shoutcast audio streaming service using services like grooveshark.com, playlist.com, etc. I am looking for an app that will allow someone to make a "radio" for their friends to do in to by using the media library already in place by those websites

@BHare you should try asking this as a question.
