How to make Unicode texts like the one in the title, or like the following? ٩(-̮̮̃-̃)۶ ٩(●̮̮̃•̃)۶ ٩(͡๏̯͡๏)۶ ٩(-̮̮̃•̃). As an aside, note that in your browser the above example should look like:

on my Mac it shows up in Verdana like a giant lower case a, on my PC it shows up in Verdana, but as a square.
