@Darjeeling couple of visual novels staring Miku and Rin and Project Diva F. if you count it as well for it's Vocaloid Origins then also Black Rock Shooter but Stella is far from the original Black Rock Shooter from that music video

@Darjeeling not all Mahou Shoujo are born from Incubators being pricks. Nanoha Takamachi, Fate Testerossa and Vivio Takamachi-Testerossa are Mahou Shoujo and there's no contracts involved with them and Cerberus isn't such a bad guy since he made Sakura Kinomoto a Mahou Shoujo
