@ToshinouKyouko i didn't realize how much work i was doing for how much pay. my current pay is actually $22/h because i am a causal and i get 20% loading onto my pay because i don't get sick/annual leave but this casual work only lasts for 6 months. after that i might get hired fulltime which is when i can being up my pay

@ToshinouKyouko i know, currently they have me and one other guy as developers for casual for 6 months. my mum suspects they are trialing us to decide who they keep. so far i have completed 3 websites in 3 weeks and well into my 4th website which may be implementing SVG images for social media icons

in terms of skill i am the better choice but they could choose the other guy because he is less skills thus they dont have to pay him as much

being overskilled was one reason why i didn't get a job a month or 2 ago
