Shorter means we need to cut something? What would you cut? Everything stated there is the least we can say. :P

FAQ means Frequently Asked Questions. We included the most important there, I don't know which one we could safely remove.

When we close a question, they are our "safe zone" for saying "See? We told you. You should have read the FAQ before posting."

I did not want to remove anything, just may be to say the same shorter. However, this is not the most important things. Let's just add what is missing (how to answer). And let's agree on what's where. Main FAQ location is clear. I'd like to have an "official" list of tags linked from it. Do you agree and if yes, then where could it be?
