@PolyGeo Hi tepary66 – I'm trying to trace the ancestry of Ralph Henshaw and his wife. I know he died at Wolstanton in 1724 (one of the signatures comes from his will), and that he married Jane Bourne at Audley in 1705. I believe Ralph was bap in 1664 in Wolstanton, the son of John and Ellen Henshaw. Ellen likely bur in 1687 but I cannot find any further record for John.
@tepary66 On the Bourne side, I believe Jane was the dau of John & Margaret Bourne, bap in 1678 in Madeley. John Bourne's will in 1702 mentions his daughter Jane (then apparently unmarried), and is witnessed by a Ralph Hanshaw, who I supposed may be his future son-in-law.
