@HarryVervet Good question -- why not ask about the general case in Meta, using this as an example of what you're talking about? In this specific case, I see the user's profile says he was last here on July 11, so you could comment and ask if he meant the US, and tag the question accordingly.
@HarryVervet I can see it both ways -- but if we have locality-based Qs then we have more Q/As and (we hope) higher-quality ones.
