Ancestry has switched to a new Support system and have broken (again) all the links to their articles & Q/As on their site. I'll try to go through my answers and fix any links I can. Apparently retrieving pages from the Wayback Machine is not an option. My advice -- if you look up any support stuff for yourself from Ancestry, save a local copy.
