If your blog is located on a page other than the home page. Let's say domain.com/blog/ is the page for the blog. Shouldn't all URLs related to the blog be prefixed with /blog/?

print_r( get_post_type_object( 'post' ) ); shows rewrite as empty.

Guess I have to manually add them in the permalinks settings page?

Custom Post Stucture: /blog/%postname%/, Category Base: blog/category, Tag Base: blog/tag

I thought it would just automatically append /blog/

the permalinks of singulars and archives are essentially independent from each other

there probably are some semi-automatic edge cases for native posts, but that stuff is too cryptic to even try remember
