@bravokeyl I have never managed multisites before but after looking at wp-admin/network/sites.php, I think they works like you flag a question. Just to change the status of a blog, then notify someone...

Could you technically use get_queried_object() in a pre_get_posts reliably?

I think I need to start checking for NULL returns from get_queried_object() in pre_get_posts so normal conditionals like is_page() doesn't throw a fit later down the chain...
