Is there any way to centrally control Vagrant instances? I often forget to shut them down when closing PhpStorm and then on shutdown the systems hangs on a busy network interface...

@kraftner If you're using OS X or Windows then this: vagrantmanager.com (vagrantmanager.com/windows)

Thanks. But Ubuntu :(

You could just run the Virtualbox GUI
It will show all running Vagrant instances

Yeah this is what I do know. It is just that the info which vagrant instance is running for example is hidden somewhere deeper in the settings. Also I'd like to have a CLI where I can shut them down on system shutdown automatically. Thanks anyway. :)

Awesome. Thanks!

@myol Please do not update and answer off-topic closed questions just because you think that someone could use it. Go to the official support routes and share your knowledge there. Those questions and your answers will get removed in the future and answering is a waste of time. Please read this for more information

@All Anybody got an idea on how to add "Add New" links to a custom post type admin menu item as new sub menu item? Need to append a query var to the link and add_submenu_page() isn't really working (not appearing).
Something like http://example.com/wp-admin/post-new.php?post_type=foo&custom_tax_term=bar

Welcome to the 61st installment of the Stack Exchange Podcast, brought to you by okra (yes, that okra). On our show today are David Fullerton, Jay Hanlon, and Joel Spolsky. It’s been a long time since we last did a podcast, so let’s get started.

First point of business: we have an iPad app! It’s got a snazzier feed and a fancy live preview in the Compose view. We’ve been getting more posts from mobile than we expected, because computing via iPad is the way of the future (according to Joel), so lots of features in the iOS app are now better optimized for posting as opposed to reading. …
