Q: Why is jquery-ui-core enqueueing in my footer instead of the header?

Tom AugerThis is what I'm using to make sure that I have jquery-ui-core available: if (!is_admin()) add_action('wp_enqueue_scripts', 'zg_load_scripts'); function zg_load_scripts(){ wp_enqueue_script("jquery-ui-core"); } I also tried wp_enqueue_script("jquery-ui-core", null, null, false, false); in...

so what is the use of the last argument of wp_enqueue_script() funciton? codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/wp_enqueue_script

most JS actually should go to the footer. it usually doesn't need to do anything until page is actually loaded and stuffing it in header is "blocking". footer or async load are best ways to go, unless scripts really needs to be early

jqueryui.com/demos/accordion jquery ui accordion depends on core and widget ui right? So, if i enqueue them in .accordion(); should be defined
in my case its not..
checked the order of script loading.. its okey..
i see wordpress doesn't have the script..

Q: WPSE Content Scraping?

Chip BennettSo, I fully understand the licensing of WPSE content; however, what is the general thought toward content scrapers scraping WPSE answers? For instance, I found this site had scraped this answer, when the scraped content sent a pingback to a page I had linked. Was anyone aware of sites doing thi...

Q: Moderator Tools

Chip BennettModerator Tools: Now I Haz them. So, my question to the formal moderators is: what I can do to help? How would the non-moderator users with Moderator Tools access be the most useful to you? Or, should I just peruse the pretty stats, and then go on about my normal business? I'm not particularly ...

Ahh, so I think I found the person likely responsible for the down-voting spree: wordpress.stackexchange.com/questions/32067/…
Mods should probably keep an eye on that guy; he doesn't seem to respond too kindly to negative feedback, even if appropriate.

@chip
I cant down vote yet.

@v0idless just be cool, dude.
Don't take - or make - things personally. I would have gladly reverted a downvote - or even up-voted if a question were clarified.

I apologize we got off on the wrong foot.
I'm just trying to help and be helped - drama free.
Just my first impression of you was the 'neighborhood bully'

@v0idless right on; then we'll get along fine. :)

Like I said in my comment on the question, if you want to re-ask with more details, you're more than welcome.

I certainly don't try to be a bully.
To give you some context: WPSE has an unusually LOW rate of answered questions, so I try to help question-askers clarify their questions, so that they'll be more likely to get answered. Also, the more questions that get answered, and the more high-quality questions that WPSE solicits, the more participation we should get.

Like in this question: wordpress.stackexchange.com/questions/32646/… ...I was really trying to get the OP to clarify/rephrase the question to be a better question - which would help him get a better answer.
No more, no less. I'm here to help people answer their questions - not to bully them away. :)

And that specific question is a pretty good example of someone with deeper questions. I have a feeling he didn't even realize WP doesn't use sessions ... which is why I answered anyway

I know about that all to well. I spent six years as an admin over at another programming forum, but I gave up hope and just started answering the question I assumed they meant to ask.
