@Karlson I'm guessing that they decide in favour of the applicant about 80 - 90% of the time if the person asked for a different ECO and their ducks were in a row. That's a GUESS, but for sure not less than about 75%.

I have never, ever, ever EVER seen an ECO engage in vengeance. The concept is so far from reality to be laughable.
