if I read this correctly, he issued a T5 sponsorship certificate to his gf? Is that your reading? It's off topic either way, but jeepers! You truly never know what to expect!
At least that explains why he thinks trying to get another certificate is too risky.
Ummm................. yeah, it would say it's VERY RISKY :)
