hmm, @jmac their website (wakkoqu.com/english/restaurant.html) has two addresses, neither of which show in Google for me, and google shows a 3rd. We're probably going to follow the google one unless we hear otherwise ;)
The one that google shows is the one I knew about @Mark. It looks like there is one within the Shin Kobe station itself though which may be nicer if your friends are just moving through. All up to you!

Would this be considered off-topic. Technically yes, but it's possible that there is a typical dish. For instance, once could argue that if you visit Switzerland, Cheese Fondue is a must have. Spain, Paella. Italy, Pizza/Pasta etc.
UK, Fish and Chips, India (haven't yet found one, but Dosa and Butter Chicken are strong candidates)
