Is there a way to compute the minimum number of pixel flips necessary to change a QR code to a new destination?
QR has a bunch of error correction, and actually a lot of "unused" pixels when the message is short, so editing this QR code should actually be pretty practical.

whoever's helping with the hex lattice is starting to draw over the windows logo. could someone help me fight that back? I don't want to start a war with those guys :D
(the green on the right is fine. the hex there is just touching the logo as it is, but the blue on the left is being drawn over)
did someone just put a black hex corner far to the left to stake out another hex? if so, the other one there (next to "JOKE") is a few pixels too far over
in one you have to draw a polygon around street signs
there's also one where you have to select [rivers, cars, street signs], and each time you do it gets replaced with a new picture and you need to continue until there are none left
fun fact: each hexagon contains 66 pixels, so it would take a single person a bit over 3 hours to completely fill (which at least one person seems to be doing right now)
