@J.Musser Thanks! I have a question (surprise, surprise) for you or @NiallC. This gardening.stackexchange.com/a/19508/7305... came through my review queue. I was tempted to edit out the all-caps as a matter of etiquette. They're not really offensive though, and I had already told the new user his answer wasn't quite correct, so I didn't want to upset him.
I checked the help pages to see if I could explain why I'd do that, but couldn't find anything concrete. It didn't violate "be nice" and I couldn't find it in how to answer. Should I go back and do it with a bit of explanation in the explanation of changes thing in case he checks revisions, or just let it be?

@OrganicLawnDIY I'm in NJ for the w/e and it got quite cold last nt, so I'd hold off before giving them outdoor time! Four true leaves is often an indication that they're ready to get into a bigger pot-at least with pansies, esp if they're getting root-bound in the little cells. I use cheap 3" clay pots sometimes for the in-between stage. Keep me updated, esp about the celosia, cuz I tried for 2 years with no germination! :(((

@Sue A reason to edit is that it's not conventional to have words in all-capitals in English. People do it to add emphasis, but mostly it's not necessary. Picture that answer with the all-caps in bold instead: IMO, it's only appropriate on the "overflowing", and even there I'm not sure it's needed.
Also, you have full edit privileges now, so trust your judgement. If the OP really dislikes their post being changed, they can always revert the edit.
Congratulations on getting that 1k too! :)
