I am looking for a contacts app for my tablet. Please note since this not a phone, there is no phone contacts app that I can see. Most apps I am seeing manage existing phone apps. I keep so many addresses and phone numbers that I would prefer to keep them on the tablet for faster access rather than opening my computer. Also know that I am not calling using a cell phone but a landline. Are there any recommendations for Android you can make without my sifting through mountains of stuff?

I should also mention that I do not want something that saves data to the cloud. Why? Because I am often in areas where WiFi does not exist. I conduct a lot business and we are in the country. I often share contacts for attorneys, accountants, builders, etc.
