@TimMalone I was looking for peoples experience. I am just playing around with it. I have a web server that I am playing around with solr and semantics and it occurred to me that damned near everything I need is already installed. I will play with roller.
The idea is that perhaps I can use a blogger for convenience and have some advantages of a blog without it looking like a blog. I have a few smaller sites that I was writing new code for and I just plain got lazy, tired, short of time, pissy.
It does look like Roller will work, but there is only one way to know. I just wanted to see what people thought and if I should even bother. I do not want to use a blog package like WP because it is just too much work and a target. Plus, it takes over a site instead of integrating into it like I want. It will... I am just a simple sorta guy.
