@Not sure I follow, the link in my second comment to that question can be used for tracking the delegation of the new gTLDs: newgtlds.icann.org/en/program-status/sunrise-claims-periods Then it's up to the registry that manages the extension as to when it's going to release it for public registration. Doughnuts is the registry for quite a few of them, and publishes release dates here: donuts.domains/services/domain-names There isn't a central (official) list however.
ICANN stated it's committed to delegating about 20 per week, as Google indicates here: registry.google/about/faqs.html But again, it's up to each registry as to when they plan to release them. Google for example hasn't disclosed its schedule for the domains it successfully applied for, other than to say "by the end of the year."
