I have 3rd party cookies disabled (always have had - never really had any problems, except for disqus comments and other rare occasions). However, recently I'm finding the "Verified By Visa" stage during checkout on several e-commerce sites is failing when 3rd party cookies are disabled!? They don't fail gracefully either, usually a 5xx type error. Something seems to have changed recently?!
