Eesh! But the URL is still the same "google.com/webmasters/tools" and it still looks the same. And if you navigate to "https://www.google.com/webmasters/" it still states "Webmasters". "Search Console" is an OK name, but I really don't understand why they had to change it? If "business owners, SEO experts, and hobbyists" are using these "tools" then they are simply fulfilling the role of the webmaster; are they not?
