The processor was introduced in 2009, however, you have nothing to worry about with this one. It is substantial and throughput should be outstanding and since the bus size and rate must be high, your memory access rate should be excellent too. SSDs are generally fast though this is clearly not a raid which would be better if you could swing it. May not be necessary. Go for a stripe set if you do. I do not advise mirror sets.
