^ found on Reddit. My question is, by just looking at how the water flows in the box, can you determine how big the box is?
 
@PhiNotPi By using the period between sloshes?
 
Or by the rate at which the bubbles ascend? Does that vary with scaling?
From the water clinging to the sides, it seems like a fairly small box (a metre across maybe?)
 
@El'endiaStarman that was my first thought, but there might be other methods.

I thought I'd just quickly check if bubble speed scales with area or volume, but it turns out it's not so simple...
 
@PhiNotPi watch a falling droplet and use the acceleration?
