Would this be the right place to ask a quick noob question about go?

I was playing go against an AI online and the game ended like this:

the website decided all blacks were dead stones

does that seem accurate?

@overactor You're in the right place. If nobody answers your question soon, and you are willing to put forth the effort, I'd suggest writing up a real question so that the Go players who don't sit in this room can help you.

@overactor I'm noob in Go, but I think it is accurate. I mean, AI just assumed that black doesn't have enough "breath space" and would die in a long run anyway. What was that website?

I was playing with a friend against the AI, we felt like we had won a few rounds before that and pressed pass, thinking the AI would surrender, but it kept playing, we passed a few more times, which definitely made our position worse.
