It looks like they've got a copy, in the Rare Books room, of the first printed Hebrew Chumash from Bologna 1482. It has onkelos and Rashi.

But seriously, I'm not sure if I noticed any mounted pages other than the title page, which I photographed. I know nothing about preservation, so my description may not be fully accurate.
