@DoubleAA I'm not sure I understand your question: judaism.stackexchange.com/questions/78117/…

@Daniel You don't understand the information being requested or how it relates to your other claim?

I have to say that I was a little bit disappointed that my first post back after 6 months or so got no votes (up or down) and no comments. I thought it was an on-point and clear post.

@Yez Probably mostly a matter of people's not seeing it. I hadn't, until I looked for it because of your comment here. +1, by the way, and y'yasher kochacha.

@DoubleAA I don't understand the information being requested and therefore how it relates to my other claim
"@daniel and do you similarly omit alenu when doing Shacharit/Musaf or Mincha/Maarav back to back?"
We do omit aleinu after shacharit when we're going to be saying musaf right afterwards (as everybody does)
And we never daven maariv immediately after mincha. There's always at least a short break in between

4:15 PM
@Daniel Not everyone does that.
@Daniel I very surprised to hear that. You have no Mincha Minyan on Friday afternoon just prior to Maariv? And I don't mean "right after" like Tokh Kedei Dibbur. I mean coming to Shul once, even if there is a few minute Dvar Torah in between or something, just like there is often a Dvar Torah between Shacharit and Musaf on Shabbat morning. Mincha/Maariv combos are extremely common.

@DoubleAA @msh210 Can we get some featured tags? The upcoming parshiot, and Chaukah too.

@Scimonster I want to say it's Vizhnitz and/or Kosov, but I'm not an expert. See Kol Mevasser 2:31 about a Shul that said it only after Musaf where some members want to change the custom to say it after Shacharit too.
I agree until recently saying Alenu between Shacharit/Musaf or Mincha/Maariv was very uncommon. Recently Alenu between Mincha/Maariv has caught on in many places (way more than Alenu between Shacharit/Musaf).

10:17 PM
IME, at least.
@Daniel The connection is you're Shul put an Alenu after Musaf on Yom Kippur even though there isn't one in the Siddur because they're holding that Alenu gets said between services and leaving, and they've inserted a break there for people to go home. The other tradition is to say Alenu after every service, and then there are those who say it if it's in the Siddur they happen to be using (obviously inconsistent but unfortunately common).
The Nafka Mina is after Musaf on Yom Kippur when there is a break (yes for 1&2; no for 3), between Shacharit/Musaf (yes for 2; no for 1&3), and between Mincha/Maariv (yes for 2&3; no for 1).
1 is traditional Ashkenazi at least, 2 is Kabbalistic, 3 is unfortunate.

@Scimonster I added events through the end of Sefer B'reishit, and also Chanukah. I did this by copying last year's events and changing the dates (way less hard than making new entries); if I goofed on any dates and somebody notices, please let me know.
