select case and list "questions" and "answers" as strings depending on posts.posttypeid, I'd think. Not sure though. (Also, you can just use owneruserid=##UserId## without a declare, I think. But I don't know the pros and cons of that.)

There are a few questions that I have submitted that have a lot of votes and views but no answers even after placing a bounty on it.
Perhaps, such questions should be awarded a "stumpers" badge. This should be based, perhaps, on a combination of these criteria (one or more, not necessarily all):...
