@bruisedreed that wouldn't be a good fit here; it's asking for searches in the bible but doesn't actually seem to be about Judaism, and it also shows a misunderstanding of Hebrew (so even if he did ask here he wouldn't get what he's looking for).

I don't know IPA so I don't know what ʌ is, but short "u" isn't a Hebrew vowel. I suppose the short "a" sound like in "Aharon" might be in the ballpark?
