When I upvote (or downvote) a question or answer, I have a certain window of time to undo my vote. It doesn't seem this exists for upvotes on comments. @msh210 Or perhaps you understood correctly: I do think that if this question were posed here, this sort of treatment (although perhaps not quite as extensive) would be excellent.

... The question was not "is tattooing permitted?" or even simply "should my daughter get a Holocaust tribute tattoo?" but had more nuance and motivation. The answer responded to the entire question.

@IsaacMoses Depends how it's asked. Asked as a halachic question, it has a very short answer. Asked the way it was, I can picture Shalom doing it justice here.
