@DannyuNDos Other than in the first chord (and probably the second), it looks like that the bass note C is acting as a pedal tone, so you might want to spell the latter two with slashed chords: C7, Cm7, Bb/C, Bb+/C

Though, because this is not 12edo meantone[7], the chords will act differently, and the chord progression would be notated C7, Cm7, Dm/C, and D/C.
