@MeaningfulUsername I believe they get auto-deleted overnight or something when there's no questions attached. I'll keep an eye on it - Thanks for that!

@MeaningfulUsername we can request it get added to the blacklist. If it ends up on loads of questions we'll do that. 3 is probably not so much of an issue
