@MeaningfulUsername We can only flag for migration. I feel like this is similar to the touring question that came up a few months where yeah there are music elements to it, but the main concern is not music related. I feel like even the best answer here would not really stack up to what someone will get from people who have more knowledge about that specic topic.
@Dom: As long as there's another SE where there's a good chance to get an answer, it's all good. The Home Improvement SE looks like a perfect match in this case.
Other stuff like touring and legal issues I feel we turn away people where no really good alternative than to google it.
Legal issues has been handled in Meta though, where it was decided they are off topic.
