Since the start of this room so far does not look well, let me write again why I think that it might potentially be useful.

The intention is that users will post here questions for which they have offered bounty, but they have not received satisfactory answer (and they are willing to reward new answers with a bounty).

One benefit is that we would get here a list containing interesting question. (A question which did not receive answer despite the bounty is likely to be non-trivial.)

The benefit for users who offer the bounty is that they can get a bit more attention to the question from this room.
