I have some item lists. which has "delete" button.

The delete action falls under tertiary action

Should I show the "delete" button to each item in the list or let the user open the item and then show the "delete" button?

Guess it depends how crowded your screen looks. I would show the delete button, maybe as a minimalist "x" icon that is gray at first and red on hover.

Anyone: is "moving target" the best way to describe text in a text field that moves when you click it?
