@SreeCharan - GM , abt.profile pic., this postet is in my home , so i just clicked it , .By the way what is spicial abt yours , this pose and garuda , is this pic.related to any story?

5:05 AM
@SwiftPushkar Yes. Vishnu riding a garuda is related to many stories. Lord seating with abhaya hastam is different. But here, he has weapons in his hand. It is related to Gajendra moksham in SB.
@SwiftPushkar There is a song composed by Annamacharya praising Vishnu riding Garuda. After listening adn learning that song, I changed to this pic. Have you heard of Annamacharya?
Taḷḷapāka Annamācārya (or Annamayya) (22 May 1408 – 14 February 1503) was a 15th-century Hindu saint and is the earliest known Indian musician to compose songs called sankirtanas in praise of the god Venkateswara, a form of Vishnu. He is the first known composer in carnatic music. Other composers like Purandaradasa came after him. The musical form of the keertana songs that he composed, which are still popular among Carnatic music concert artists, have strongly influenced the structure of Carnatic music compositions. Annamacharya is remembered for his saintly life, and is honoured as a great devotee...
I changed profile picture after experiencing "turiya".

@SreeCharan When and how did you experience Turiya?

5:20 AM
@KeshavSrinivasan Pandya in a message said I experience turiya when I said I have dreams involving God and He talks to me.
Dec 16 at 9:20, by Pandya
@SreeCharan wow! Tell me when you realize Veda in Turiya we're looking for original and full versions.
@Tezz Nice answer. Also answer the featured question "Why does Lalitha Devi sit on Shiva?"

@SreeCharan Thank you!.. I think that question is already answered by Rickross and Dee...

5:47 AM
@Tezz A question may have multiple answers. Don't you think "Brahman" is english word for "Brahma".

@SreeCharan yes to avoid confusion from four headed Brahma and supreme Brahma we use "Brahman" for ब्रह्म ।।
In any case you may rollback the edit if you don't like it...

@Tezz Let it be.

@SreeCharan I think you were intrepreting "who sits on five brahmas." As "who seats over Five Brahma (the four headed creator)".....

@Tezz No. I didn't interpret like that. I wanted to know why brahma(chaturmukha), vishnu, isvara, rudra, sadasiva are called Pancha Brahman.

6:17 AM
@Tezz Linga Purana also gives color of the five forms of Shiva with His sister Gayatri at outset of different Kalpas.

@KeshavSrinivasan yes, I want to try to translate...
@TheDestroyer but I think those forms described in Linga Purana are just incarnations through Brahma and not PanchaBrahmans..

@Tezz You can elaborate more about Brahma, Vishnu and Mahesh answer. Say, die is not proper word to use.
@Tezz No. I think Supreme Shiva has taken those forms with His sister Gayatri.

@TheDestroyer are you talking about chapter 11 12 13 14 15 of Linga Purana...?

@Tezz Yes.

@TheDestroyer I think they are not Pancha Brahmans ..but incarnations only.. I have an work now.. I have to go ... we will discuss it latter.. you may edit answer as you like.. actually I wrote that answer just for sake of writing it thinking it will ultimately be closed as duplicate of How were Trimurti born?...😀😀😀

6:32 AM
@Tezz ok. We will discuss that Linga Purana chapters later

A: Is Dramidacharya the same as Thirumazhisai Alwar?

Keshav SrinivasanThe "renowned Sanskrit scholar" alluded to in the article is Mahamahopadyaya Professor S. Kuppuswami Sastri. In his 1924 paper "Bodhayana and Dramidacharya", Kuppuswami Sastri presents three kinds of evidence to show that Dramidacharya is the same as Thirumazhisai Alwar: Biographical evidence:...

@SwiftPushkar Annamayya is Telugu Poet who wrote Poems and songs on Tirupati Venkateswara. He is believed to be avatar of Vishnu's sword Nandaka.

Q: Story of Lord Vishnu's sword Nandaka?

The DestroyerAccording to Annamayya Telugu Movie, Lord Venkateswara sends his sword NANDAKA to take birth as Tallapaka Annamacharya to compose Telugu songs for Him, at request of Padmavathi Devi. I know Sudarshana Chakra (discus), Gadha (mace) and conch but never heard about his sword. Do any Puranas mentio...

@TheDestroyer Brain too?

@SwiftPushkar These all are petty things for a Spiritual aspirant. I don't think user student is like that. I think he is complete new user who came across that question in google.

@TheDestroyer - that video sources was in Tamil , so how could everyone verify that , since the people from TN can only understand this

6:13 PM
@SwiftPushkar It's in Telugu. But still Video sources of well known acharyas are valid sources. Myself cited many such sources.
@KrishnShweta I'm not so sure about this.

@SwiftPushkar @KrishnShweta Bye! Gn.
will talk to you tomorrow

@TheDestroyer - my objection was not on acharya , but on language , if this is international site ,so only people who know tamil can verify or understand this not the rest , i wasn't opposing to acharya

Good night!

@SwiftPushkar It's like same as scriptures in other languages given users provide Engliish translation of them.
