Q: What is the point of the "Parent User" in Chat?

jtbandesI've looked at the Chat FAQ and I'm still not sure what the point of having a "parent user" of the chat account is. Why can't a Chat account be associated with multiple other Stack Exchange accounts in the normal way?

@ChinmaySarupria 1. Your avatar is shown according to parent account. 2. When clicked on your avatar in chat-room, it links to your account according to parent site.

Q: I want scripture-based explanation for "God is Everywhere"

TruthSeeker9Most dominant philosophy in Hinduism is that God is everywhere and in everything. I want to understand this in more detail. As per science we know that around us there are two distinct things: Space-Time and matter-energy (or simply stuff). The stuff (matter-energy) is made of atoms and sub-ato...

@Tezz I think Mahakali is not a form of Parvati because first of all, Vishnu is known as Kala, he is the one responsible for pralaya but Maha Shambhu is the one who is responsible for Maha Pralaya in which Brahma, Vishnu and Rudra also merge. Maha Shambhu is Mahakaal so that would make Mahakali different from Parvati.

4:40 PM
@ChinmaySarupria At highest level, Everyone is Kala.

4:51 PM
@ChinmaySarupria Mahakali and Parvati are same is used in the sense in which we use Vishnu and Rama or Vishnu and Krishna are same... they have different levels but still they are same in this way....
@KrishnShweta Hmm... Thanks for reading the answer!...
@SwiftPushkar I don't think that is resurrection... Ahalya was still alive in the form of stone...

Q: Almanacs - A predictor for the future happenings

Parthasarathy RaghavanAlmanacs a mathematical tool for calculating thithis, stars, yogams and karnams. Apart from these a one year prediction is also given that this year there will be more rain. It will be written in general. Ex In the south west of Vindhyas there will be a severe cyclonic storm in the karthika month...

Actually I don't know what is '"Almanacs"
an annual calendar containing important dates and statistical information such as astronomical data and tide tables.
synonyms: yearbook, calendar, register, annual; More
a handbook, typically published annually, containing information of general interest or on a sport or pastime.

@SwiftPushkar Marwadi is spoken in Marward region, i.e, Jodhpur and related areas. In Udaipur area, the local language is Mewari. For example - "What are you doing" is spoken in Mewari as "Kai kar riyo?"
