@Mr.Bultitude iiuc, "The God" translates to "Allah" which is an Islamic term for God as per the question. Now OP wants to know how to say or refer to "The God" or "God" in Arabic and not give Islamic conotation of God i.e. be religion neutral when refering to the phenomenon.
