@grgarside - "You can't open iCloud.com in Safari on iOS." This is absurd! The site icloud.com works on Firefox on Win 7. Is this supposed to be a Web site?
@grgarside - "When you open Keynote on iOS without a document open, you get a thumbnail list of files—that's what I meant." Yes, but these are the local presentations, not the ones on the iCloud Drive.
@grgarside - Anyway, I have now a presentation that I cannot delete neither replace. I live with that. The main problem is that I could not retrieve my files from the iCloud Drive - I was working at home, and I wanted to send my work. I had to connect iTunes on my Mac to my iPad and in iTunes I could retrieve the Keynote files.

@NicolasBarbulesco The thinking is, why would you try to use the web app to access iCloud services when you have native apps right there guaranteed on your device. of course, this falls down when you have more than 1 account, and want to just log into one to check mail without having to sync your entire inbox permanently for example.

@stuffe - 1) So the thinking is bad. :-) The concept of the World Wide Web is the opposite of such thinkings. Why would I try to use my mobile phone at home when I have my home phone? So let's block mobile phones when at home. 2) I don't have a native app, on my iPad, for managing my Keynote presentations. In Keynote, I can only save my prez with a new name, not delete neither replace my old prez.

@NicolasBarbulesco Yeah, nothings perfect, and the iCloud website failure has bitten me before. Pain in the ass.
