Q: Using Yosemite for web development

Mantas D. ŠimkūnasI am eager to try out the new Yosemite beta, but the confidentiality agreement somewhat startles me. I know I cannot disclose any confidential information about the OS or post screenshots of it anywhere, but what else does that imply? I am a web developer and I use my Macbook for surfing the web...

I'm giving that a tentative green light. It's peripherally about yosemite and about web development, but I see it as someone needing help understanding an Apple program and terms of license most of all.
Anyone have heartburn keeping it open as it is currently worded?

@bmike the title might be edited to something like the following:
Can I use pre-release Yosemite for web development at work without breaking confidentiality?
But that's not heartburn :-)
Neither am I a mod. But FWIW from a customer viewpoint the question appears perfectly respectful of the NDA.

@GrahamPerrin Anyone who votes and edits moderates the site. :-)
Us elected mods just have more powerful tools and less timeouts needed for our actions to take effect.

@Lohoris apple.stackexchange.com/q/141829/8546 is the error sound when you attempt to define the shortcut? That was my assumption when I asked about use Character Viewer workaround.
@bmike thanks. Something to watch, and it's subtle:
commentary and answers might become unexpectedly chatty and/or off-topic from the OP where Apple pre-release is concerned.
For example, my reading of the question is that it's essentially about the legal aspects of, if you like, products of a confidential product – something that's debatably not immediately clear from Apple's answers to FAQ or from the NDA. But before any answer there was a comment that focused on an aspect that is immediately clear within Apple's answers, and there's an up vote for that comment, then discussion of stability which was not the focus of the question.
