@bmike I noticed an unresponsive period, and plugged in to start up instruments because sometimes it happens 3 or 4 times in a row. Of course this isn't one of those times.

@dwightk There's a post on meta stack overflow that explains how to report that. Last time I checked, they want to know if the scraper a) violates the license for the content b) ranks higher in search engines than the actual site / answer

The contact us link would work to alert SE employees if you feel either of those is the case.

Just reposting the content isn't a problem - especially if it follows the link back and attribution license requirements
