For example, the sequence $$HHTTTHH$$ contains two changes because "heads" leads
at the beginning, after $HHTTT$ , "tails" is in the lead and at the end, "heads...
As I said, I am rather indecisive about this tag. Mainly for the reason that I do not follow questions about probability. Somebody more active in that area is in a better position to judge whether the tag can be actually useful.

@NormalHuman Have you some insights to share about coin-flipping? I lean towards removing it, and would prefer to do that while it's still small. But if you know of a reason why it should stay, that would change things.
@DanielFischer I'm generally indifferent to pointless-but-unambiguous tags, but I dislike it when users add such tags to a bunch of questions. In favor of removal.
