The relatively new tag seems completely useless to me. Am I overlooking something?
@MartinSleziak Yes, too specific. Should be tagged instead, I think.

@DanielFischer Thanks for the retag.
does not seem to be that new. It already has more than 50 questions
This one seems to be among the oldest ones:

Q: Probability, that a sequence of $n$ coin-flips contains $k$ changes of the lead

PeterA fair coin is flipped $n$ times. What is the probability $p_k$, that the lead between "heads" and "tails" changes exactly $k$ times ? For example, the sequence $$HHTTTHH$$ contains two changes because "heads" leads at the beginning, after $HHTTT$ , "tails" is in the lead and at the end, "heads...

I can live with that tag, I think that I could survive without it.
It seems to be most often combined with questions about . I am not really active in that tag, so I am not the right person to judge this.

@MartinSleziak Somebody did a lot of edits today. Many of these edits added that tag.
Sad that all these suggestions have been accepted.

You are right, it seems that the most recently active questions in this tag have the tag from suggested edits.

@MartinSleziak By the looks of things, with a handful of exceptions the tag has been added from two accounts.

As I said, I am rather indecisive about this tag. Mainly for the reason that I do not follow questions about probability. Somebody more active in that area is in a better position to judge whether the tag can be actually useful.
Ok, time for me to go home and then get some sleep. See you later!

Good night.
@NormalHuman Have you some insights to share about ? I lean towards removing it, and would prefer to do that while it's still small. But if you know of a reason why it should stay, that would change things.

@DanielFischer I'm generally indifferent to pointless-but-unambiguous tags, but I dislike it when users add such tags to a bunch of questions. In favor of removal.
Its older relative is by now entrenched.
@DanielFischer By the way, the synonym trigonometric functions->trigonometry needs just one more vote to be approved, so a mod could do it while acting like a normal user...

@NormalHuman Upvoted
@NormalHuman That also has at least a tag-wiki. (And it's too large to get rid of single-handedly.)
