@MattN. Well, I certainly agree with the point which Arthur Fischer is making here and here.

Basically, it is not clearly defined when a tag is considered useful.

I know that it is not a very good approach on my side, but: I am definitely willing to help with tagging and retagging on this site. But I would prefer to leave the decision whether tag should be used or removed to other users. (At least in the case which do not seem clear-cut to me.)
