Is there a way to ensure that one (or more) of your starting troops is a particular character from your character pool?

Story so I have this world where I build everything but lately I have been building in 2 other world and I only want to have one world.so therefore I am asking if anybody knows how to transfer the things I built to a diffrent world.Oh and remember I am asking how to do this on a IPad in MCPE!😈

Can you set up your starting pool of recruits so that that are all the same nationality or gender, or only selected from countries in one region? It would be kind of fun if all your recruits were only from regions you have made contact with.
