@SaintWacko Except in OW's case, the patch gets pushed through to PTR, then pushed onto all game servers.

Speed boost, damage boost, damage reduction, for i think 5-6 seconds? can't tell

What I like the most is the D.VA buffs

She feels really fluid to play now

Can't get bombed by her own self-destruct, has a shorter fuse, she gets a rechargeable Defense Matrix, she a cute
