Q: Required CPU speed for tf2 servers?

I'm looking into hosting multiple TF2 servers and have been shopping around for dedicated servers, and I found one that has 2x Intel Xeon 5650 @ 2.66Ghz. Is this good enough to handle multiple tf2 servers or no?
