from what I've seen, Imgur isn't exactly known for 99% uptime. If the issue persisted more than a few hours, then it might be something to look further into

According to the 2009 Honda Accord Owner's Manual, your car is capable of opening the windows and moonroof with the remote transmitter.
This is most likely the cause. The may have been pressed for accidentally in a fashion that triggered this feature.

There is another possibility : in the UK there are companies that will make you a stainless exhaust from scratch - don't have a name to hand, but a friend had his subaru done and it is much better.
