@zipzit if it was one of the comments asking for an edit to clarify, I removed it after the OP edited to clarify. The request was obsolete after he added more information.
@Pᴀᴜʟsᴛᴇʀ2 the comment wasn't particularly helpful and turns out that it probably wasn't the right answer. The OP seems satisfied with "condenser fan is probably broken".

No problem.. I was more curious if when a comment is removed, is the person who wrote the comment notified? I've had comments removed before, and was always curious about that. In this case I couldn't tell if I was having an early onset of altzheimers or not...

@zipzit I think so but I'm not sure where the notifications show up. Might be on web browser, not the app.
@zipzit to be clear, I flagged the comment as obsolete hoping that you'd get that notification. When I flag things, though, they get removed immediately.

I will say, that person is hard to understand. Some folks just aren't qualified to use pronouns, ever. You can't remotely tell which it isit.
Nope. No notification at all. comment gone from the world like it never existed.

@zipzit well, the comment will live forever in my heart as a work of sublime genius. ;-)

On the A/C questions we're in a mess. A/C condensor fan broken = good cooling at vehicle speed poor A/C performance at idle. This is the reverse situation... good cooling when vehicle's engine is cold, poor A/C cooling when engine is warmed up. The root cause for that is blend door stuck in the open position. My Mom didn't raise me to be an Automotive Air Conditioning engineer for nothing.
Although I will say, that is the worst wording for a question I've seen of late.
What I want to say to the guy is: I understand English isn't your first language. Until you improve your skills a bit, I'd recommend that you just not use pronouns, ever. No 'he' no 'she' and particularly do not use the word "it"
You aren't qualified.
But, alas, this isn't the grammar forum
Sigh. Got that off my chest. Now I feel better.

Did you put that in an answer? Maybe it's not a duplicate. It was interesting that the OP thought that the proposed duplicate matched his actual symptoms.

Exactly. Clear as mud. I'd be happy to answer that.

I just posted my answer. I'd request that issue NOT be binned as a duplicate.

@JoErNanO That 98 R1 sounds seems like a great deal. I think you will be disappointed with the front end though. After riding your Duc I think you'll feel like your turning with a loaf of bread, especially mid-speed high lean angle ones. If you managed to get an 03 front end with radial brakes on it you would like it considerably more.
@JoErNanO I will say that I love the powerplant and it will give you forever wheelies in 3rd gear.

@DucatiKiller It's not wheelies I'm looking for. It's a fighting chance with the other bikes on the track. :) 03 ones are injection, right? Considerably more expensive. This one is a carb old-timer.
I can maybe change the front end and save some money.
Anyhow this is now a moo point. The guy exchanged it for a Husqvarna 610. O_O

@JoErNanO Yes, i'm suggesting you Ebay a USD front end off an '03. You'll be able to hang in the twisties. Too bad, it would have been a good mule to whip.

@DucatiKiller I'll do that. I'm looking for 98-99 mules. Reason: less electronics and, most importantly, nostalgia
The first ever road superbike, man.

@JoErNanO Indeed! If you love carbs.....there you go. It's always fun ripping off the emissions gear too. Very satisfying.

What does it mean when you get better at racing video games by modifying your style to match what you do on the street? Is that bad?

6:59 PM
@BobCross - Uh ... there's something wrong with that approach? Oh, you are slacking brother.

I was losing speed in tight radius turns. My line was all wrong and my throttle control was terrible. Apex too early and have to work the gas to correct ==> probable spin.
Whereas I never have that problem turning onto the access road to work. ;-)
